Workouts Tool
You can store all your workouts in the system as a Workout Template. You can have as many workouts as you like.
You can have both cardio and strength workouts. Cardio workouts are made
up of exercises that work the heart (such as swimming, running, walking, etc.). Strength workouts are made up of weight lifting exercises (such as
bench press, squats, bicep curls, etc.).
There are over 350 strength exercises to choose from and over 40 cardio exercises. If we don't have your exercise you can add it yourself in seconds.
