HOME SCREEN

The Home screen gives you a weekly overview of your activity.

When you first login you will be taken to the Home screen. The Home screen gives you a quick snapshot of everything you've done for the week. It is a great motivational tool.

You can track a variety of stats such as workout hours, weight lifted, distance traveled, weight lost, and more. Visually see your progress on the chart and a quick overview of all stats.

    Once you have your workouts entered into the workout log you can begin tracking your workout progress.

    When you are ready to enter your workout data you will use the My Log tool. If you don't have any workouts linked to the current day the My Log tool will show you all your active workouts.

    Quickly view workout history with the Calendar tool.

    The Calendar tool can be used as alternative method of switching between days in your Log. Visualize your workout history and see the dates routines were performed and when Body Stats were entered. Click the routine to view the day.

    You can store all your workouts in the system as a Workout Template. You can have as many workouts as you like.

    You can have both cardio and strength workouts. Cardio workouts are made up of exercises that work the heart (such as swimming, running, walking, etc.). Strength workouts are made up of weight lifting exercises (such as bench press, squats, bicep curls, etc.).

    There are over 350 strength exercises to choose from and over 40 cardio exercises. If we don't have your exercise you can add it yourself in seconds.

    Track progress and changes in your body with Body Stats.

    You don't know where you're going if you don't know where you're at. Keep up with 12 different body measurements and see if your current diet and fitness routine is effective. You can track your weight, body fat, waist size, resting heart rate, and much more.

    Find out if your current diet or training routine is effective with reports.

    One of the best aspects of having an online training log is the ability to run reports to see if your training is effective. You can chart your progress and set goals for yourself.
