Incline Dumbbell Flyes

This is a sculpting exercise for the pectoral muscles (Chest).

  1. Lie on an incline bench set a 45 degree angle with a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Lift the dumbbells over your chest extending your arms fully.
  3. Keeping a slight bend in your elbows, lower the dumbbells towards the floor in and arc like motion.
  4. Slowly return to starting position.


  • Keep your hips and shoulders on the bench at all times during this exercise.
