Steps

  1. Lie flat on a bench with your head at one end.
  2. Grasp the bar with a grip about 8 inches apart and lower the bar behind your head.
  3. Keeping the bar parallel with the floor, bend your arms down in an arc so the bar moves in a direction under your head.
  4. Slowly return to starting position.
